Default chiping question

because my info in chiping obd1 is small,

if i choose a bin file for setup like me. (same engine, same injectors, same turbocharger) and i burn it in a chip. and drop that chip into my ecu without using the widband without using any datalog or any laptop.

will this give me good performance ?

Absolutely not, you need the car tuned, do not scale a basemap or use someone else and go beating on your boosted car. Get it tuned.
