Jdm climate control
Normally, the the CRX control is not very compatible with the hatch/sedan/wagon. But it looks like you've done some kind of console conversion...so its going to be hard to find how-to advice on a custom setup like that.
Besides, why do you want that? I've never seen anyone get that auto-climate-thermostat deal to work 100%. If you're looking for something different and functional, check out: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1434022
Wow...turns out it was in the FAQs. Imagine that.

If you just want to put it in, then simply pull the original one and screw in the new one.
If you want it to be 100% functional, you're SOL unless you're an electrical engineer, because nobody has successfully done the conversion and shared any instructions. You'll also need a lot of components from the JDM under-dash duct work.
