HELP! DA Leaks water into the cabin.....
'90 integra 4 door, leaks alot of water under the dash on the passenger side. Drips right where the floor slopes up to the firewall. WHERE'S IT GETTING IN??? WHAT TO DO??
Mine does the same thing! 91 LS 2dr...At first it leaked all the time same spot as yours, its turns out that the sun foor drain had poped out of place. But it still leaks in very heavy rain
same spot, right down past the heaterfan blower unit
I have no idea what the hell it is someone help us!
Mine doesnt leak when I drive but if I park it for a while in heavy rain it sometimes gets in and sometimes doesnt. My solution is park my nose of my car undercover, and If I cant park under something then I put a towel down so I dont get water on my carpet and get the gorss wet car smell
Also in the past few days I noticed I was missing a plastic cap for the trim piece that meets at the bottom of windshield and goes under the hood. I filled that in with some silicone until I can ind a new plastic cap and it seems to not leak as often any more.

I had this problem in my 98 DB after messing with the heater, and it turned out to be the heater where it goes through the firewall and meets with the hoses that go to the engine.

Fixing Wet Passenger-Floor-Board
1st go to Acura or Honda and order qty 8 of part number 91608-SJ6-003. It is a small white rubber seal. They cost about $ 2.50 each 2nd remove the wiper arms and the wiper motor cowl. The wiper cowl is the long black panel under the wiper arms. Pop out the black circles and unscrew the white clips. You may also have to pull out the plastic pins under the rubber seal on the firewall side of the cowl. The panel is cumbersome. Use caution not to break the ends near the hood hinges. After you remove the cover there is another black cowl on the passenger side. This cowl covers the passenger cabin air intake. The leak is coming from the black plastic push screws that hold that cover on. When you remove the cover you can see the seals in the holes that the push screws were in. The rubber seal dry-rots over time and the sides split open. Water leaks in one drop at a time and adds up quickly. Once you have replaced the seals you should be leak free for another 9-10 years.

my 94 gsr had the same exact leak spot. there was a crack in the plastic vent trim around the windshield, as well as a torn up piece of weather stipping. one night of rain yielded roughly 1/2 to 1 inch of water in my passenger side floor, dripping right near my ECU in the same spot you mentioned.
spend $5 at ace hardware and buy some black liquid silicone. use a small piece of plastic or even cardboard to cover up the hole and cover it with the liquid silicone. the hole in my weather stripping was roughly 1 inch in diameter and this worked perfectly. stopped leak 100%. and i used cardboard. lol.

Remove your dash, and check your heatercore...The heatercore box has a rubber seal, that goes bad, or it can also be the hose that brings water into the heatercore from the radiator, what color is your water...green, or clear...Green= coolent hose...Clear = bad rubber seal at fire wall / heatercore.
