Default omg. im an idiot.

ok so today i had quite a few projects on the whip... i got my rear under tie bar. (installed) . new thermostat to fix overheating problem hopefully... ( installed ) . Now... i was putting on the rear upper strut bar... and one of the bolts was a tiny bit stripped. im guessing the leshwab guy did it when he lowered it. well... i made it REALLY bad. almost a circle. how in the hell do i get it off..? and yes i used wd40. and lockease.

If you have a angle head grinder... you could use that and then replace the nut when you get it off...

Either that or a socket designed for stuff like that.

i say use a nut spliter. they should sell them in any hardware store for about 8 bux

ya splitters can work. I prefer the grinder method myself, but watever works 4 u. How far down the bolt is it?

like 3/4'' its far enough down u need a deep socket to reach it.

same thing happened to me when i put on my header ....i used the grinder method ..worked for me

i would try locking pliers or u could allways dremel the nut off.

the dremel is one of those tools u never use but when u need it it's the best tool u'll ever have
