Asr brace puts you in what class?
i have a non vtec 98 lx with the usual strut bars shocks springs h brace.
I do have a asr brace with ctr sway bar
I was told the asr brace is illegal in st and sp.. Is this true and if it is where does that leave me?
Ive stared at all the charts and such and im still confused to where i am

The only place this part has been deemed illegal in SM, SP, and ST is on the internet. I'm not saying that it is in fact legal, I'm just saying I've seen the part on trophying cars at the Solo Nationals and there was no protest filed. Personally, I think you could survive a protest with the ASR tie bar. YMMV, no warranty expressed or implied.
What would I counter a protest with? The purpose and intent of the rule is to avoid triangulating strut bars. The ASR does not triangulate, therefore I'd say it's legal. Again, that's just my opinion. Proceed at your own risk. I'm just presenting the other side of the argument because I'm not entirely convinced one way or the other.

run it till someone protests you. i mean its not the right thing to do but on a local level i wouldnt worry about it. unless you want to run against me in EP.
