Default Best header options????

I just put my DC RH on and actually lost peak power. I think the reason is the the huge pipe the cat is connected to it is like a full 3". I am think about putting the Comptech shorty on this spring and putting the stock cat back on adn selling my my DC RH, don't get me wrong the header moved my peak torque closer to 5k but it dropped my peak hp by 2 hp. I think the lost is due to the smaller diameter collector rather than the larger one. So there goes 500 bucks but it is all a learning experiance. It is now louder and raspier with more metallic resonance. What do you guys think go with comptech then a stock cat or stick with the DCRH awhile?

You wont gain anything with the Comptech. I would save you money for something else.

I am switching back to stock next week as it is to raspy to my liking. So I will have a DCRH for sale soon. I looked at the stock header and cat and they are actually really well designed. So I will need to spend another 150 to get put back on. I paid 500 installed
