Default Emissions

This is for MD DC and VA, im not sure if its going to work in any other state.

This is for the people having to worry about emissions. The easiest way to get passed emission

Slam your car to the ground. They are going to measure the height of your car, if its too low to the ground they are going to give you a two year extension. (because they cant get it over the ramp, they started this policy when a guy broke his mugen lip on the ramp and complained to them and wanted 550$ for it)

I have done this with two cars
1995 GSR Integra
1997 honda civic with a messed up o2 sensor and messed up map sensor.
(Both cars had no way in hell in passing emission)

This loop hole is good for DC MD and VA, dont hold me accountable for any other states.

I can totally vouch for this. My 92 Eg Hatch with H22, gutted cat, b/c it was rattling. Bad o2 sensor and running rich. SLAMMED it to the ground across the street on my JIC coilovers, because i didnt want to drive there with the bad axle bind that occurs with the swap. they measured it and gave me a two year extension. So glad that it works, because I would have been fucked

Trust me man, it really works. Put your civic on the ground, and it will be impossible for them to measure it.
