Don't do it. Can you? Probably. Should you? NO.
Hydro in cable car, sure. Cable in hydro car? BAD.

I think you're confused.
K-Series is cable SHIFTED, not cable clutch. We're not talking about shifters here, we're talking about clutches and slave cylinders.

I had this in my old EG coupe.Worked fine, theres nothing "BAD" with it aslong as u do it right.
Theres no difference in the trannies besides the clutch type, well kind of.
To be honest though, i forget wich axles i used.As long as u have both sets and u get one set to fit correctly ur good, its not too hard.
If u put a trans in ur car then u should be able to figue this out fairly easily.

K series uses cable shifter (instead of rods) and a hydraulic clutch. I can't think of a single new car that uses a cable clutch--hydraulic is better in every single way but simplicity. Better pedal feel and more reliable. EF owners like myself know that with a heavy clutch the pedal bracket WILL end up breaking eventually--you have to weld extra material in to make it last with a heavy clutch...
yea the cable to hydro conversion im using relocates the slave onto the cable tranny so its still actuated by the stock hydro system...
feels smooth sitting still havent drove the car yet i plain on doing to final axel install this weekend

you have to use the axles from a 92-95 teg. because the halfshaft is a little different to adjust to the lower control arm that us civics have. and the 90-91 tegs dont...
im putin in the b18a1 in my ex. and i have to do that.
