No, it's not worthwhile or cost-effective in any way. If you have to ask, you probably don't have the imagination or the skills to carry out the project. Do you have a five-digit budget? Can you fabricate?
For the amount of money you'd spend on swapping that shitty engine into a shitty Civic chassis, you could easily buy a used S2000 - which is a well-engineered overall package, and not just an engine, or drivetrain, or whatever.
The F20C1 is nothing spectacular anyway. You'd probably be better off looking into a K-series, which has the same power potential minus the extra weight and swap complexity.

goodluck, id rather use other engines if anyone ever planning on that route ie civic chasis rwd, or a different chasis for the f20c. I dont know how easily a f20c can be bought or bought cheap but ls1, american big blocks is easier come by.
