Default D16/B16 header question

i'm planning a crv-tec swap with a b16 head. i heard from a friend that there are some headers that are interchangable between d16 and b16 heads. is this true? and what brand? would b16 headers connect directly to the existing civic exhaust system (cat)? and because the gsr b18 makes more horse power would the head also make more HP over a b16 head on the b20? i'm planning on a jackson racing supercharger for the b16 head. would there be any clearance problems? thanks
