Are all B-series headers the same?

Sorry if this was already asked but i didnt find it when i searched.. but as the topic says.. are B-series headers all the same? will a header off a b16 fit on a b18c1 or c5? thanks for your help. Ben

no deck height is different so not all b16 manifolds work with the taller deck blocks
