I have a b18b1 with 450cc dsm injectors with a garret t3, I just swapped my manifold and we had to modify the placement of the internal wastegate, and wastegate arm. We installed everything back to the way it was and now raw fuel is coming out of my header and turbo flange. Would the wastegate relocation have done anything? Please help

Sure it isnt just water? ie, condensation...

 

Pull your injectors to see if it's stuck open. If it's DSM 450's, who knows how old they are.

 

sounds to me like a stuck injector

 

i think stuck injector too if you are sure its gas

 

I figured it out, i failed to mention, but we had to hack the downpipe before the 02 sensor, so the ecu is running off the ingnition and fuel maps, so its running crazy rich all the time.

 

but that rich is just unsafe if you have raw fuel coming out of your exhaust valves id say its an issue

 

Yea we got done with it after the exhaust shop closed, you bet ill be there 8 am tomm getting this thing fixed
