I have no idea what this issue is, but I went out to try and start the car after it sat for 2 days and all it does is crank and sputter but never starts. For anyone wondering its a 97 Civic Cx with a D16Y7 and a manual transmission. Now I have tested the ignition system and there is spark, the plugs are new, so are the wires, cap and rotor.

So thinking that its not the ignition system or the starter since it cranks, I'm thinking its the fuel system, but I have no idea where to start. The tank is new and so are all the lines.

Anyways, if anyone knows, I would greatly appreciate the feedback.
