Went to get in my car the other day and something on the inside of my exterior door handle assembly broke. Now the handle is loose and just wiggles. Anybody have this happen to them? I'm hoping I can just get a replacement off ebay or something?

 

the best thing to do is take apart your interior door panel and view it from the backside and maybe its something minor like a pin that you can replace. atleast you can findout about it yourself rather than asking someone online

 

Thanks. I've found that some plastic piece has broken off from the door handle assembly. Went ahead and ordered a new one. Main reason for posting was to see if this was a common issue?

 

Mine has as well, but i ghtto rigged it to work with some wire, and no problem in a year!

 

Is it tough to remove the handle? I didn't have time to take everything apart yet. I just peeked and saw that there were some plastic crumbs and saw where it was broken. I'm assuming just 2 screws right?
