can u remove the tranny alighnment plug to reinstall tranny

Means you misaligned the clutch. Did you use a clutch alignment tool? Just loosen the pressure plate and make sure it's centered real well. Retighten the pressure plate and the tranny should line up fine.

Screw that...you dont need dowel pins..they just make it even more of a pain the in the *** to put the tranny on especially under the car...Oh and i needed my dowel pins for my head
since the machine shop didnt give mine back.. And what "plug" are you talking about?

we believe the plug hes referring to is the dowel pin.
