1. Remove negative battery cable
2. Wait 5 minutes
3. Replace Negative battery cable
Or, if you want it erased, then drive to Checker/Schucks/Kragen/Autozone/PepBoys/O'Reily's/ Whatever and have then run the code, and then clear it.

I see too much time in that as you actually have to get a rachet out.
Pull the "backup fuse" in your fuse box, it's the ECU fuse, then wait 5 minutes (I think haynes says you only need to wait 20 seconds, but whatever) and plug the **** back in.
This is the fuse box in your engine bay...not the under dash one.

Ah, I suppose that's a good argument.
Though it's generally pretty rare that the sticker is gone on the fuse box in the engine bay - the under-dash, sure, but usually not the one in the engine due to pple generally keeping their engine dry and such, they don't "accidently kick it" and such.
- I hear ya tho, I just find the fuse easier to pull (b/c it's right there) then to unbolt the terminal, pull it off, wait, put it back on, then tighten it :-\.
