Default Car wont crank need serious HELP

Last night I swapped my motor back into my gsr and I started it up and drove it down the street and back. I pulled in the garage shut it off and now it wont even crank.

Things I have checked:
Harness Plugs
ECU
Starter
Battery
Alternator
Grounds

There is a clicking noise when I try to start it from a relay, but its NOT the main relay. Is this a problem?

Please help me I need this car running tonight!

I hit it multiple times and doesnt even crank. I took the starter to Kragen and they said it was fine. The main relay clicks after I turn the ignition to start. I have no idea what to do next.

I could be your clutch engagement switch. Get under your dash and take it out of the screw whole. Push it in while you crank it and see if that works? I had the same problem.

My buddie had a similar problem wit his CRX. When i went over to help em out, it turned out there was just to much corrosion on the positive battery cable clamp. Not sure thats whats your problem is, but go disconnect the cable and run some sand paper around the inside of it.

I second the terminal theory. It's surprising sometimes how something so little on our cars can be overlooked . I spent a whole day troubleshooting a problem simliar to this and come to find out It was just a corroded terminal on the positive side. Try It. You might be surprised. Good Luck.

found the problem. I grounded my tranny ground to the engine bay, but it was not grounding right because of the paint. I scraped off the paint and WALA it started like a magical fairy. But really thats what happened.
