Cold morning starts.............
When its cold outside and my car has sat over night, the next morning when i try to start the car i turn the key and NOTHING. No crank (fuel pump turns on) just a click from the engine bay as i let off the key . And other times i will try to start the car there is like a 5 sec delay of nothing, then BAM the engine just turns right over with one crank of the starter.
Already got a new battery. Could it be somthing with the ignition switch or bad starter? TIA

If this kicks the starter into working, then you know it's the starter.
If not, I guess the ignition switch, but maybe the wiring in between.
