Vtec doesnt kick in
I have a 93 EG with a GSR swap but my Vtec wont kick in and i am not getting any check engine lights for it, have any idea what it is?... I am thinking its the solenoid but theres no check engine light for it
Check to make sure you have enough oil, if the oil pressure isn't right it won't kick in. Also, just to prepare you for the death, it's VTEC, not V-TECH, you're about to receive a lash.

For future reference the SEARCH button is your only friend on HT, especially when you can't spell vtec. But here this link has everything you need to know straight from the manual. I sourced this through the search button, by typing in " vtec doesn't work " and clicking "archived content" and then clicking "Seach" and resulted 289 results! This being most recent!
