Default b16 tranny ?

i have a 94 integra with the b16 A swap and i want to know what kind of trani fluid i should put in it?

lots of people swear by gm syncromesh -- or penzoil syncromesh. its the same stuff just gm contracted penzoil to make it... there are two types. one is normal tranny fluid, which is fine too, but you want to get the 'friction modified' fluid. 3 quarts should be enough.

the integra transmission doesnt hold 3 quarts...its 2.2

Exactly why he needs 3 quart bottles unless you can find a bottle with 2.2
