i have a 94 ex civic with a jdm b16 swap header exhaust and itm the car idles around 300 rpm or so it has trouble starting in the cold i actually have to hold my foot on the gas to idle it at 1k a few min or it stalls replaced the itm gasket and tb gasket no change any ideas would be helpful
