I pulled out the two 10mm bolts up top and the one 10mm bolt on the side. I only see these 3 bolts yet I still cant take it out. I dont want to pull on it too hard cuz I dont want to break something. Is there a bolt im not seeing?

check out nut/bolt #9. looks like you got the two upper #30 and the side #30 but not the #9.

 

Got it thanks. But the bolt and washer are still in the way. It looks like you got to take the bumper off just to get the headlights off

The only reason I need it off is cuz the headlight bulb got stuck in there and the stupid power steering bottle is in the way.

Slide the power steering reservoir up and out of the holding bracket

 

Is there anything holding the reseovoir in place?

yeah a bracket. just pull up on the reservoir. it should slide up and put it to the side.
