Noob question. Sorry

I'm actually planning to do a wire tuck for my EG hatch. I'm wondering where does the line to the brake booster lead to?
Sorry for snitching pandahatch's pics too

that line your gonna wanna run to the back of the intake manifold its a prob 3/8 size anodized nipple sticking out of the back of the manifold directly across form the firewall also a pair of vise grip and you can pivot it down to tuck the line a little more of of sight
I could be completely wrong, cause I just don't screw with brakes..(minus changing the pads) but is that the line that feeds the rear brakes? Again not 100% CERTAIN but it's a guess..

I have no tech info as I simply don't know offhand.
Though I have to say, don't feel bad for taking somebody's pic - you referenced.
Also, don't be intimidated to ask questions. Yeah there's some ******** on H-T that'll flame you, but this question still falls above 50% of the posts on H-T already so you're good. It's a tech question, regardless of it's simplicity or complexity.

This man speaks the truth.
You can always follow the OEM line to see where it connects to the intake manifold as well.

hmm so am i correct to say that it runs to the intake manifold?
I'll follow it thru come morning. coz it's damn dark here already.
Thanks alot especially for the tip on bending the nipple of the manifold down.
Sorry another question since we're at the issue.
Is pressure absolute?
I mean if i were to tap the same hose to different uses etc. boost controller, boost gauge,
would i still get accurate readings?

Depends on how many things you run off it. Well, not really I guess. That's a decent size line. I put a "T" in line with my brake booster line and it's running to a vacuum manifold. Never had a problem with getting funky readings. You should be fine. A lot of people do this.
