Default turbo b16

i just got me a new b16a2 being shipped to me as i speak and i want to turbo it with about 8 psi or so(stock internals) what would be a good setup? turbo size? i have a $1500 budget but can stretch if i have to. thanx.

dont worry about psi,that doesnt mean ****,,,,how much WHP do you actually want to make?

umm, i know the stock engine has about 160 so lets go maybe 250 max, i dont need much, i want a reliable daily driver thats also fun to play in. also has to beat my rsx-s with the k20, lol. so whatever that tells ya

it has 160 crank hp. not wheel hp. 250 is too much for a stock motor, meaning not safe. if u are taking about 250 whp. its not gonna last long.

you should shoot for a reliable 200whp. so thats around 220-230 crank.

It all depends on the tuning. If it's tuned right, 250 reliable whp is not out of the question. Stock internal B-series engines have been proven to handle a lot of horsepower. It's all in the tuning.
