How easy are cam swaps and how much power do they give on the d16y7?
its usless on a y7, its hard if you've never worked on an engine before. y7 is good for gas mileage, yes some power can be gained but not enough to justify the price of a cam and other bolt ons. but i guess it also depends on how much power you are looking for

I've completely redone my 200k mile 305 and turned it into a fourth gear chirping beast
haha but seriously.. it's something i never want to do again. It's a pain in the nuts. Nothing ever goes right. EVERYTHING that has the REMOTE possibility to expletive up, DOES. And on a honda motor where everything is more compact? Ouch.. I dont think so lol. But i have friends that would be down for a weekend project :D
