Trying to get an idea of what turbo options would best suite me...

wanting to boost 6-8 psi on JDM H22A stock internals looking for about 75 hp increase...more then anything I want the turbo to spool up quick, put good #'s down for the small psi being used, and last a year maybe before rebuild of the engine...looking for a good daily driver BUDGET turbo...TIA

14b?
16g?

50 trim would spool up very fast, make some decent power, and are cheap

60-1, anyhting smaller will be choking that big block.

im goin with a t3t4 70 trim with stock internals just get it tuned verrry good

 

ill be running a precision t3/t04e SC44 in a few weeks. seems to be perfect fit for the h22a... we'll see in a week or two at least

 

14b, 16g or 18g would be an enormous waste of time and money on an H22. Go with something at least the size of a T3/T04E 50trim (SC34).....
