You'll need the follow parts from the 99-00 front end:

-Headlights
-Fenders
-Hood
-Grille
-Bumper

x2, if your using the type r grill you might need to shave a little around where the grill sits.

if you dont care about staying oem...just get some quality replica parts and get them painted..or you can get used oem parts. shouldnt be more than 500-600. i bought a complete 99-00 ctr front end for 900. it was a little much...but it was the same paint as mine and it was a legit JDM front end. also if he was ever thinking of a carbon fiber hood, now is the time.

The only differences in front end appearance between the Si trim and all other trims for '99-00 is the addition of a lip and the different upper grille (black cross-hatch rather than horizontal slats). All other pieces are standard '99-00 Civic.

I'd recommend only new OE or used OE. I've had issues with incredibly poor fitment of aftermarket body panels on my '00 Civic in the past.

BTW, nice job getting ripped off on the CTR front end The '99-00 CTR front end is no different than the Si front end other than the emblem placement and the side markers. JDM != better.

yeah look around man, i got my 99-00 front end for under 250, but i got the headlights for free, ntl i wouldn't think you would spend more than 5 or 600. stay w/ oe parts like someone already said. aftermarket will fit as good as a body kit.

i know i spent more than i should have...but it was the only complete front end i could find at the time, i wouldnt have to paint it, came with CTR headlights (300-400ish alone) and side markers oem, and i figured i could sell it when i was done with it for the same jdm-crazed price. unfortunately i crashed the car that it was on and that 900 dollar front end is now in pieces...

That's a little much. Depending on the condition, I wouldn't pay more than $450 for a all the nessacary parts.
