Stolen Car Alert Woodbridge, VA 2000 Honda Civic Si EBP
Well woke up, looked outside as I do often just to see which roommates are home, and no car. Came in at about 0245, and while I was drunk, Im pretty sure I remember seeing it.
Police are on their way.
Had OEM fogs, and pretty much stock other than that. Squeaky *** rear brake.....
Factory alarm.
VIN: 1HGEM1159YL014226

Looks like a simple, clean car. I don't know why people are stealing so many civic's you would have thought they would have moved on to something more like a scion or something. Thieves SUCK!

This is exactly the reason why I never did anything to it besides the fogs.

Why? Whats the point? So I can waste more money on my car for them to just steal it and not get the money back.

we have hondas so is a must to secure our cars really good !!</TD></TR></TABLE>
I understand, and Ive been around long enough to know. But I really am not going to waste my time with adding layers of security. How many people on this board have all of these security features and there **** still gets robbed? Its a stock car, and I drove as such.
Ive got insurance and whatever it comes with stock security wise. Thats all Im bothering with. You could have a barb wire fence and german shepperds surrounding it. Someone will still cut a hole through the fence and shoot the dogs.

Sorry for your lose but a well planed out and properly install security system can prevent this or get your car back before any damage is done. So after they cut the fence and shoot the dog they have to deal with this. Look into the dei gps tracking with earliy warning or the new lo-jack. This way your alerted when your car is move with a phone call and can get the police on the way or track the car to were its going. But the system won't do its job if not install right. I can't change your mine but your car was a really easy target with the factory honda alarm. Probably one of there easiest jobs for the nite.
