i tried both high beam and low beam wire, still got no light, is it possible its not getting enuff power??? am i missing anthing, i got the box, the wire that goes from the box to the bulb w/ the socket on it and the bulb.
the read someplace that hids use less power then normal bulbs.. i would try something like plugging it directly to the car battery.. should light up..

Unless the ballast and the ignitor are combined, you're missing a vital piece of the equation there, champ. There should be two boxes and a bulb for each side.
