everything was goin smooth... 4 bolts out gaskets and master cylinder all safe and ready to replace..... the manifold is in the way of pullin the booster out... i cant seem to yank it out... any ideas...? seems like it wont make clearance to pull out... it is free as can be but wont slide out...

 

I had to replace it when the head was off my B16 CRX. What motor do you have?

there is a pin with a cotter pin that slides through the brake pedal bracket...did you remove that?

 

When I put mine in with my D15 I dropped 3 of the four motor mounts.

 

i just did a complete (except rear) 90-93 brake conversion 2 days ago i got a b 18c gsr in. just take your time and twist the booster out if you have to, have someone else push in the stem thats behind the booster to clear the fire wall while removing

 

when i installed mine i had to remove the pushrod yoke and compress the pushrod.
