And today when I WOT and hit 2nd gear my engine blown..
here is pic:
My engine was D16Z6
What block can I use to replace this and use D16z6 head on it..?
BTW, I'd like to replace pistons and rods.. what do you recommend?

Re: Blown Engine (srg)
That looks exactly like the motor the user 'k_motor' sold me. From what I've gathered, it was in his brother's car, boosted & not treated well (*iron* studs used to post the sleeves), and the knocking lasted a week till it tossed a rod while I was cruising at 60mph. Totoally stock ecu, intake, head - I just thought the rockers were causing the noise. The motor that was in this car when I bought it also had a hole in it, cyl #2, D16z6. That hole was from the previous owner's BF reving it to 9k, but it also had some old skool chip in it (which I threw out) that had seen (caused) 2 other motors to blow.
My point is its usually a bad tune that beats on the bearings due to detonation. It could be from previous abuse (like my 'k_motor' block), or the existing tune (like the block the 'k_motor' one replaced). Unless you tune the new motor with more timing retard or get custom pistons that drop compression to 8:1, it probably won't survive either.
