Default I'm officially pissed off/stumped. v.tranny problems

Here is a quick run down...

Boosted/Built D16A6 w/ D15 tranny

- Tranny Grinds 9/10 times when going into reverse.
- Drained and re-filled tranny w/ Syncromesh about 15 minutes ago.
- When its cold, I can't get it into gear without a large amount of violent force (except reverse...but then it grinds)
- When driving its considerably more difficult to shift
- When stopped its very tough to get it into first gear.
- When I drive hard and romp on it, for the next 30 seconds to 1 minute it "seems" as though its easier to shift.
- My shift linkage and stabilizer is fine
- Shifter stabilizer bushings were replaced a couple months ago
- It only started doing it, recently and all of a sudden...every since it got cold out.
- My clutch slips with anything above 18 psi but i'm currently at 11 and it holds fine.
- I bled my slave cylinder. Clutch pressure is good.
- No grinding in any other gears, but reverse. No clunking noises, or anything unusual.

Do we have any other suggestions to as what it may be?

I don't think it is a spring in the clutch, just for the reason that the difficulty of shifting is variable. It seems as if I get the tranny warmed it, it seems to get better. But once I'm at a light and it cools down...its hard.

So WTF IS IT?!!!!

i just pulled back my slave cylinder boot and it seems to have a little liquid in it.

I'm willing to bet, the slave cylinder is fucked, therefore not disengaging the clutch fully....causing shifting to suck *****.

Another thing is...

If I have the car in gear at a light, with the clutch depressed to the floor....the car creeps foward slightly.... if i pop it into nuetral...the car stops. If i jamb it back into gear...it starts to creep foward again...(even with the clutch pedal depressed)
