What camshaft..?

What camshaft is best to use on EG D16Z (think it's called SI in the us?)
It's currently running with a small T25, Crome, Eagle rods, and other pistons. So i'm thinking of upgrading with a new camshaft - is Zex stage 2 the best for the buck or? Also what valvetrain could you recommend. I'm also thinking of an adj. Aem camgear, are this good quality?
Btw., what hp's are you running on the turbo charged Si's ??
