gsrs are generally pretty cheap to buy secondhand.....best oem cam overall goes to the ITR/CTR units. they make good, good power.

 

Best OEM is probably the ITR/CTR cams.

Gsr. The ctr/itr will need a late vtec point setting for turbo.

im a all motor guy right now but im going turbo soon.

Your choice of cam should be based on your turbo setup. A turbo setup with a very small turbine/housing and small volume exhaust manifold in theory should like GSR cams far more than ITR cams. A larger turbine/housing and a long runner manifold should prefer ITR cams or even more aggressive mild all motor cams. There have been posts about this where I explain why and how this worked in a very basic way. Do some searching if you want.

yea, and for the price that youd pay for itr or ctr cams, you could get a nice set of turbo aftermarket cams and since..

the gsr cams are the better route for what hes trying to do. kthxbye

Go with whatever oem cam has the highest lift. And please don't go with GSRs over a cam that has higher lift than it. Just doesn't make sense.

 

Are GSR really much better than the b16 cams. I would think if you are gonna go through the truoble of changing them you sould get the ITR or CTR.
