question jackson racing supercharger are they worth the money??
depends on what you're looking for. if you're car is a daily driver and need some level of civility, the JRSC is well worth the money. the turbo will give you more power and will be better at the drag strip, but for normal everyday driving plus a street race here and there, the JRSC is good enough. it gives you more usable power than a turbo, just doesn't peak as high. it's also much more tunable than any supercharger will ever get. in addition, the supercharger will tend to be more reliable on a day to day basis, doesn't require as much maintenance and attention as a turbo. i got one on my SH and love it. but if i could afford a second car and just use my prelude for fun, i'd probably opt for a turbocharger.
