hid size
They make kits of rebased real hid bulbs for non hid applications.
However, EG hatch headlights are awful. They are fluted lenses and use H4 hi lows which causes a lot of glare and you won't get the best performance. I'd get some clear lense aftermarket headlights and do a real HID projector retrofit. Otherwise it's pretty useless. If you get a kit though, which is a waste of money (i had one), get one that's between 4-6k and get a casper shield for the bulb.

you'll need shorty's for h3 application...they are about 1/2 the size of reg hid d2s/d2r bulbs
10,000k - kinda defeats the purpose of hids... the further away from 4300 the less light output

Those are not 'ok'....10,000k is a total waste of money.
But anyway, i've seen people fit HIDs into lexus is300 retroed fogs on civics. You'd have to measure the inside length of the projector and compare it to the bulb you've got on your headlight. If you can get an H3 kit to fit, then you're good. You can get spacers and such, but i'd really worry about the bulb and the ballast being that close to the ground, you could get some bad luck in rain and ****
