coolant in the block

Default coolant in the block

i have the head off my B16 but the bottom end still in the car. is there a way to drain the coolant from the block?

find a hose or straw that will fit in between the cylenders and the block and shove the other end in your shop vac hose and it will suck it out of there.

There should be drain plugs if you check your manual.

haha i just figured this out. there is a big bolt in the bottom of cylinder #4 its a 19mm just losen it and pull it out. and bam it will start drianing. i did this to by b16 the other day basicly in the same situation but im waiting for a head gasket to come. i found lots of dirt in my motor.
