Default Is my TURBO def. BLOWNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN????????????

Well today I was driving my car to work and it was running normal and then I got off the highway, and the next thing i know my blow off valve isnt working and my boost gauge is only reading vacuum and no boost.
So now when I drive I have no boost and my turbo is just a really expensive air intake.
Is there anything else except a blown turbo that could be causeing this??Or should I start looking for a new one!

perhaps you have a large leak in your charge piping (such as a coupler coming loose etc)

Is your car smoking? You probably have a large boost leak if its not.

Check your intercooler pipes. You may have blown a silicone coupler loose causing no pressure. If thats the case, get yourself some T-Bolts Clamps.

Hope this helps.

what they said...I had my intercooler piping blow off 4 times. One time when J-K tuning was tuning my car, and once right after, the other times just on the road. They were on tight too with T bolt clamps. But damn it sounded like a tire blew off the first time when the pipe popped off.

check all piping and couplers. if your turbos blown and its making no boost IF THE CASE, you probably lost a wheel. my friends turbo completely blew off the exaust wheel and it shot out the back of the car in pieces

If your turbo is still spooling, stop trying to boost You'll be spinning the **** out of it, and could trash it.

I've had both, pipes blow off, and i had a washer stop my exhuast wheel, amazingly didn't do damage. When the washer was in there, the car was really slow, due to it having a big restriction. When my pipes would blow off, it wasn't as slow, just no boost, and a really loud turbo spooling. I also have had my downpipe come loose, which then my wastegate wasn't functioning, i've had the wastegate arm come loose, thus no boost, and i lost a o2 bung plug, which also affected my car.

So, what is your car actually doing?
