Fuel Pump??
ok here is my question i have a supercharged d16 civic running 7lbs with 450ccdsm injectors now before i put the supercharger on the car ran fine but once i supercharged it and ran bigger injectors once the car runs for like 20 seconds the damn this spudders and stalls and what not.. i was told that once the fuel pump is getting bad and stuff that when it heats up it tends to run like **** and stuff and not function properly? is this true? also this car is tune and chipped with BRE. also the fuel pump is stock and the fuel filter has never been changed to my knowledge could this be a factor? thanks in advance
why not change out the fuel filter and the pump while your at it. does it run lean before it died? who tuned it? was it having issues then? it doesn't sound that tuned to me. having a healthy fuel system is a must while boosting, but i don't think thats your problem. i think the maps need work. like my typing.
yeah it was tuned well he said he will relook at it when it is all done and the fuel pump is changed to see if anythign is wrong he used a wideband while tuning it and stuff it took multiple times and the air fuel was right on he said its just not getting enough fuel for right now and i was wondering if the stock fuel pump coul put out enough to make it sufficent enough for the car? which i dont think it can but i will be replacing it asap and going from there.
I pretty much have the same setup a d16a6 with jrsc at 8psi. I'm running 450 injectors, warbro 255 fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator with no problem.

i am running fuel pressure regulator.. i am having problems running it consistantly though it keeps bogging down and ****. what kind of numbers d you put down and stuff and what do you think you will run in the quartermile / eighth mile? are you running a si tranny as well?
change the filter too. it's cheap. did you change the fuel rail? you don't need a fmu fpr if your tuning with the ems. your tuner should pull the timing back a lbs or so per psi of boost. nail down the afr and then pull timing till he see high hp # and check the plugs.
