Default Q's about comp ratio/PSI for 91 octane + other stuff

If my goal is to have a fully built daily driven turbo B18C1 running on 91...

What are the safe PSI zones for, lets say 9:1 c/r (properly tuned of course)

BIG QUESTION >>>>>Since your limited to only a certain amount of effective compression with 91 oct gas, can you get more out of your motor by building it to rev to pretty high RPM? Similar to what NA built B18C's do.

EDIT: Also im thinking Toda Spec A's or Crower 63402's would be a good camshaft to run for such an application? yay or nay?
