Don't bother with the harness if you don't want a bar!

No, you read! There is TONS of info on this forum about what your asking. If your to airbrained to find it, thats your problem!
If that is the way you treat people that give you suggestions, don't expect a lot of help!
Let me spell it out for you!
If you don't have the funds for a roll bar, don't waste your money on a harness now!!!

Ahh, ok. No prob man.
Basically, I as well as quite a lot of people on this site think that you should not use a harness of any kind unless you have some sort of roll protection in the car by way of Roll bar.
It's just not safe. You can however install a 4 point harness for AutoX stuff, but I would not use it for the street. Only when your doing your runs.
If you need me to go into reasoning, I can. But it's been covered pretty extensively on this site before.
If you want to install if you AutoX, say so and I will try to give you my best opinion on how it should be done.
If your not gonna use it for AutoX, I would seriously consider scrapping the idea because it can cause you more injury in certain accidents...

it will be used for autox this season. do the takata eyebolts srew into the rear seatbelt points or do i have to buy the plates and have them welded to the body where the rear seats are?

They screw in just fine.
I must however reiterate what Prkiller mentioned; Guys you should really read some of the previous posts about how to properly mount a harness for auto-x, track day, and rr use.
