Harness
How would I put a 4-point Harness in my car. Do I need special mounting pieces? Could I have
the harnesses in there and still use the back seat to carry people? How would I do it? Thanks

wow...you;re wrong...i wear a harness everyday, its much safer than any standard belt...sparco 5pt camlock 3 in...but i dont use teh anti-sub belt cause i dont lay down in my car
and if you dont have a cage/harness bar, mount thre shoulder belts to the rear lap belt posotions...NOT TO THE FLOOR!!!!! that could crush your spine in a wreck
heres teh rules of thumb for mounting one...
shoulder straps should be paralles to the deck and perpendicular to the body, as much as possiable

Don't use a harness on the street. It's worthless, especially if you don't have a roll bar. If you have a roll cage and you're on the street, why??? You'll only crack your skull open if you roll hitting your head on the cage (SFI padding or not). I have a 4 point harness using my stock seats for autocross use only.
If you think the anti-sub belt is useless because "i dont lay down in my car" then you really don't have a clue to what it's for. As do you think race car drivers (usually sit very very upright) lay down?

ok smart ***...what cars use an anti-sub belt...f-1...cart cars...whatelse...
what do those cars have for seating posotions??? you are outstretched...thats waht an antisub belt does...it keeps you from sliding down, under the belt...if you are upright in a car you shouldnt really need it...
rally drivers use it cause they roll over all the time
call up sparco ask em, call sabelt...
now what you got to say??
