Default help with timing

i'm a newb but i think my timing is off. i think it's running rich because i can smell a lot of gas inside the car, i'm not getting the gas mileage that i should be getting, and i'm losing SOME power at 5 rpm. so is it the timing?

No it's not the timing... it's fuel pressure regulator probably bad. That is the reason you're getting rich unless you're throwing CEL like 02 sensor is bad. Check those two things
