Default Whale ***** intake (j's racing)

soo ihave an ls motor with sri, header, 2.5" piping full cat.

would a j's racing intake or even the replica from password make any diff?
oh i am goin all motor too.

not a noticeable one. but if you're going to build your motor you'll probably want a higher flow intake eventually anyway.

just so you know, with your ls motor, you're probably loosing power from your 2.5" pipping.... (overkill for 140hp motor)

the J's/password is a giant heatsoak peice of **** that barely makes power over stock.

go with the ITR as stated above. This graph is comparing the 2 (real J's and the ITR 3" CIA) guess which one won?

I had bought a PWJDM cf intake first, I could tell right away throttle response was a lot better than stock and the intake was a hell of a lot louder. I soon switched to the itr aem and noticed it was a lot smoother than the PWJDM, and felt like it made power throughout the entire rpm range. IMO the aem is a lot better than the PWJDM.

js racing is a nice design intake, because it has that plenum nonsense. but forreal i dont buy into the that cold air bullshit, just get a drop in filter, K&N

itr cai wont fit gsr since the IM and throttle body sits a bit lower
