Default Converting to Obd1 from OBD2B ?

I have a 99 Civic Si and wondering if all I need is a p28 & a harness or do I need something else.

you'll need to have your ecu re-chipped with p30 code

or find a obd1 p30 ecu

harness and ecu is all you need

I know this , I have been on PGMFI.ORG for a while as a lurker but have read many helpful things there. I was just wondering if it was that easy or I had to do something to my dizzy ?
