Last night I went to a friend of mine who does tuning to see if hecould lower my idle via Uber. well it was discovered that there were other problems and such, to make a long story short somewhere along the lines the ECU went bad. So, I had to end up buying a USDM P30.
The USDM P30-000 is in and is running my car however I've got what appears to be 2 different codes. I know that the first is a code 20, but I cant make out the last one(s). I recorded a video.
Here's the 'specs' on my car
90 Integra
Stock LS block
Stock B16 head
OBD0-1 conversion
OBD1 B16 Distributor
OBD1 injectors, etc.
P30-000 ECU, not chipped.
Here's the video, please let me know something.

Is the second code a code 13? or code 4?
How would I go about fixing the code 20? I've read a couple threads saying its most commonly caused by a loose ground, however all my grounds are fine.
Im pretty sure Im going to need to have the ECU chipped. If I end up doing this what program can I use that will allow me to disable ELD and Knock?

Second code looks like 4 long blinks with a short blink which is 41, primary o2 heater, I had this b4 cause my o2 sensor was unplugged, so check ur o2 sensor see if it's still plugged in. I got the eld code b4 cause my battery terminals has corrosion on em so check and make sure ur terminals are good.

thanks for the reply bro.
Im going to check the terminals and what not right now. I'm going to move my batter as well, the "+" cable is drawn a little tighter than it should be. (wire tuck + battery relocation)
Keep in mind none of these problems came about until my friend tried adjusting my idle with Uber and in turned burned up the ECU (thats what it appears to have happened... of course he and everyone else is saying its my fault.)
any more insight?

It appears a wire for the 02 slipped out and was causing the 41. So, I depinned it and recrimped and repinned but the code was still there.
I forgot to reset the ECU. So, thats what Im doing now.
Next is code 21 and 23. ELD and KS. I think both of these I can eliminate with Crome or Uber... right?
