usdm pr4 obd1 ecu with crome pro.
converted ecu to manual
boosted 1000cc injector map with gm 3bar
throws a code 36 ( yes i have checked it and all my friends have it IS code 36!)
code 36 is traction control froma jdm ecu, so I am stumped?
car will not stay at a decent rpm level without chopping out and acts as if i am turning the key off and on when i try to rev past 1000 rpm

That code won't cause the issue you're talking about. Sounds like you need to do more tuning.

No, a bad ECU would put you in limp mode. You're using crome and you chose a codebase that throws that code.
