Default Help rocker arm assembly

Hey everyone
I pulled off my head yesterday, and started to disassemble the rocker arm assembly. The problem is i can't slide the rockers and other pieces of the end of the rods. What should i do????? Should i sand the end of the rods so i can get the pieces off???? I did manage to get a few of the rockers off, but now they will not slide back on the rod. Should i just buy another whole assembly and if so WHERE????? and how much should i expect to spend on the assembly???? Anyone else ever have this problem????

Thanx for all the help
