$$ Cheap B18C5 9:1 JE pistons, Eagle rods, GT2871R turbo, minime, wastegate, BOV, Hondata, intercooler, ITR tranny, axles, everything $5000 Illinois
Hi all,
1998 B18C5 from my ITR is for sale. 100% legit, I am the original owner of this 1998 Acura Integra Type R, and the motor is from it. VIN tags and engine stamp, everything still present.
Buy this as a package and save a TON of money!! Literally, yes, a ton.
about 65K miles total on the motor, 10K since rebuild with JE 9:1 pistons and Eagle Rods, new oil pump, timing belt, etc. Frequent oil changes.
GT2871R turbo, missing 1 bolt head from center section. Still on car and works fine, but it needs a new bolt. Comes with both .86 and .63 A/R exhaust housing. .63 installed and strongly recommended. This thing is awesome.
- Tial 38MM wastegate, needs to be re-welded because I suck at welding, but it hasn't cracked or anything.
- Lovefab mini-me
- 3" wastegate
- Fidanza flywheel
- Action Clutch 2MD
- 550cc RC injectors
- Hondata s100b already tuned for this setup
- Stock ITR tranny with LSD
- New-ish Axles
- GReddy intercooler
- GReddy intercooler and intake pipes
- Air filter
- TurboXS dual stage boost controller.. this thing is great.
- Moroso 20910 (?) 5 quart baffled oil pan
- GReddy blowoff valve
Also for sale,
$100 C&R aluminum radiator, with all hoses and custom fittings to match up with water cooling on turbo
$200 GReddy oil cooler, sandwich plate, oil lines for oiling the turbo
$150 Defi D-gauge oil temp, oil pressure gauges with sensors installed in
$150 AEM UEGO and Defi D-Gauge EGT temp sensor, along with installed sensors.
$450 3" Thermal exhaust
$800 5-lug ITR front knuckles, brand-spanking new, with new hubs, new bearings, new lugs. Ready to install, already pressed together.
$50 Defi D-Gauge boost gauge
$50 for gauge pods for DC2.
This entire setup is in my car right now and kicks serious ***.

This is with GReddy manifold, .86 A/R exhaust, Greddy 2" downpipe, smaller exhaust, 320 WHP. With the new setup it's got way more torque down low and probably closer to 400 WHP. Street tuned, I never bothered dynoing it.
Here's a video with the latest turbo/mani/dp/exhaust.

It's seriously ******* fast. The turbo and my driving (and the tires) don't do it justice.
For reference, this car was going 8400+ RPM in 5th, 155 MPH at Road America in a half mile straight in October, 2006.
It also ran a 13.2 @ 114 in the quarter, but I have no traction and suck at driving. With slicks and a driver it'd do a TON better.
The motor has never been rev'ed past the OEM revlimiter, it's still set to 8600. This motor will last a long time on the track and forever on the street.
