Greetings,

I have a 95 Honda Accord EX-V6 that is experiencing lighting problem. Here is the problem and what I have done to test.

1.When you turn on the first light switch that controls the tail lamps, cluster light, heat and air light, front corner light does not turn on.
2. The second switch turns on both front head light but rear tail lamp does not come on
3. When you tap on the brake, all tail light does come on (replaced with new bulbs)
4. Front and rear turn signal all work and all harzard lights are flashing fine
5. Check all engine bay fuse and driver side fuse and all are fine
6. Does have an alarm system that used to flash lights when arm and disarm and now there is no flash

So why is my rear tail light not coming on when I turn the light switch?
Any idea what the problem may be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Did you replace with the right bulbs (dual filament?)

My guess is that the 2nd filament if you did isn't getting grounded somehow and have you checked interior fuses?

 

Yes, I replaced it with dual filament and checked the interior fuse.
